Containers for Change is a recycling initiative designed to promote sustainability by rewarding individuals for recycling eligible drink containers.

Now, it's easier than ever to turn your empty bottles into cash at Wynnum Plaza’s collection point, conveniently located next to Rivers in the carpark.

Here’s how it works:

1. Collect: Gather your eligible drink containers, including cans, bottles, and cartons.
2. Sign up: Click HERE to become a member and receive your member number for access easy returns.
3. Return: Drop them off at a designated reverse vending machine or collection point, such as the one at Wynnum Plaza.
4. Get Rewarded: For each eligible container you return, you’ll receive a 10-cent refund. You can donate it to charity, support local community projects, or redeem it for cash.

This program helps reduce litter, encourages recycling, and diverts waste from landfills, benefiting both the environment and our community.
